Donna Bland

President and CEO

Donna's Bio

With more than 25 years of experience in the
 financial
services industry, Donna Bland was named
President and
Chief Executive Officer in 2010. She has been an integral
 part of Extralpay ’s rise to industry leadership through exceptional
service,
employee engagement, community support, and responsible financial
management.
Donna is active in the financial services industry serving on the
Visa Senior Client
Council, Department of Business Oversight Credit Union Advisory
Committee,
and the Board of Credit Union Direct Corporation. She is also on the
board of the
 Greater Sacramento Area Economic Council and Sacramento Host
Committee.
Donna was named “Businesswoman of the Year” by the Sacramento
Metro
 Chamber in 2015. In 2016,
she was included among the Sacramento Business Journal’s 
“Women Who Mean Business” and was named one of Bizwomen’s 
“100 Women to Watch” nationwide. She is one of only two women 
at the helm 
of a top-10 credit union in the United States.
Donna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from
San Francisco State University. Raised in San Francisco,
she now resides in Sacramento with her family.

Tom Genessy

EVP, Service Operations, 

Security, and Technology

Tom's Bio

Tom Genessy joined Extralpay  in 2005 and has 
served as Executive Vice President since 2017
 with oversight responsibilities for service operations, security, and 
technology. Tom has worked within the financial services industry
 throughout his career. He currently represents the Credit Union as 
a board member for WesPay, a not-for-profit industry payments 
association, as well in the community as an advisory board member
 for The Salvation Army Del Oro Division.



Dustin Luton

EVP, Risk, Finance,

 and Administration

Dustin's Bio

Dustin Luton joined Extralpay   in 2015 as
 Chief Financial Officer. He now serves as
 Executive
Vice President providing strategic direction in the areas of Finance,
Risk,
and Administration. Formerly President and CEO of a Southern
California
bank, he was also a Partner at McGladrey and Pullen, one of
the nation’s
largest providers of assurance, tax and consulting services. 
Dustin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics
 from the
University of California Santa Barbara and is the
Treasurer for the
American River Parkway Foundation.

Richard Musci

EVP, Products and Delivery

Richard's Bio
Richard Musci joined Extralpay  in 2013.
He provides oversight of Senior Leaders
 responsible
 for Retail and Digital
Delivery Channels, as well as Home Loans, Consumer Lending
and Dealer
Services. Prior to joining Extralpay  , Richard held executive
positions at
two leading online financial services firms. His experience
includes
directing marketing and product management activities,
including strategy,
 promotion, analysis, and development.
A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley,
Richard currently
serves on the City Year Sacramento Advisory Board
as Chairman of the
Philanthropy Committee.

Doug Aguiar

SVP, Chief Marketing 

Officer (CMO)

Doug's Bio

Doug Aguiar joined Extralpay  in 2015 as 
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing 
Officer. He leads the marketing, product, 
communications, and community relations
 teams. Golden 1’s comprehensive marketing 
program encompasses mass media, direct 
response and digital marketing, as well as NBA
 and athletics sports sponsorship.
With more than 30 years of marketing experience, 
Doug has held executive level positions with Fortune
 500 financial services companies. He holds an 
Executive Master of Business Administration from 
the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree 
in Journalism from the University of Southern California.

Doug also serves on the boards of the Downtown 
Sacramento Partnership and Stanford Youth Solutions.




Heather Andrade

Neumann

SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer

 (CHRO)

Heather's Bio

Heather Andrade-Neumann joined Extralpay 
 in 2018 as the Chief Human Resources
Officer. Heather is the catalyst for creating
a positive work environment that attracts,
develops, retains, and fosters a dynamic
workforce. She oversees the areas of 
succession planning, talent management, 
change management, organizational and 
performance management, learning and 
development, internal communications, 
and total rewards.
Heather earned a Master’s degree in Human
Resources at Golden Gate University and a
Bachelor’s degree in Communications
Studies from California State University,
Sacramento. She has more than 25 years
of human resources experience and is on
the board of Visit Sacramento. 

Greg Brown

SVP, Chief Lending 

Officer (CLO)

Greg's Bio

Greg Brown joined
 Extralpay  in 2014 as Vice President of 
Consumer Lending. He now serves as Senior Vice President and 
Chief Lending Officer.
Greg was previously Vice President and Senior Product
Manager at
 one of the largest banks in North America. With more than
30 years 
of consumer and mortgage lending experience, he holds a
Master of
 Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at 
Ashford University.
Greg is the Board Treasurer for Hope Cooperative,
a non-profit 
serving the mentally ill and homeless in the Sacramento
community,
 and serves on the board of the California Builder
Industry Association. 

Chad Carrington

SVP, Security, Technology, Infrastructure,

 and Facilities

Chad's Bio
Chad Carrington joined Extralpay
 2008
 as Vice President, Information 
Technology.  He currently holds the 
position of Senior Vice President, Security, Technology 
Infrastructure, and Facilities including business continuity, 
corporate services, and incident response programs and teams.
Chad earned his Master of Arts in Instructional Technology 
at California State University, Chico, and has more than two 
decades of information technology management and enterprise 
software experience. He is on the board of Positive 
Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit organization with 
the mission of creating a positive, character-building youth 
sports environment. 

Kathy Flynn

SVP, Service Operations

Kathy's Bio

Kathy Flynn joined Extralpay 
 2014 and
 serves as Senior Vice President,
 Service
Operations. Formerly Vice President,
 Account Services, Kathy is responsible for payments,
cards,
account and loan servicing. Her teams foster a
service-first
philosophy
while improving operational efficiency.
Kathy earned her Master of Arts,
Economics at California State University,
Long Beach.
She has more than 20 years of financial services
 experience
 in the credit union industry and is Board President
of 916 Ink,
a nonprofit in Sacramento dedicated to
 promoting literacy,
youth development, and health. She is also
actively involved in
 many financial services organizations including
CO-OP Co-Creation Councils,
Accel Advisory Board,
and WesPay Rules Advisory Council.

Allyson Hill

SVP, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Allyson's Bio

Allyson Hill joined Extralpay in
2012
and is currently Senior Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer. She joined the
credit union as Vice President, Controller.
Allyson oversees Finance,
 Accounting, Credit Risk, and Capital Planning
and Stress Testing. 
Allyson previously served as a Senior Manager
 at KPMG for nearly
10 years. A licensed CPA, she earned her college
 degree from Cal
Poly San Luis Obispo and is on the board of
Junior Achievement
Sacramento. 

Courtney Linn

SVP, General Counsel

Courtney's Bio
Courtney Linn joined Extralpay
 in 2017 as
Senior Vice President and
 General Counsel.
He earned his A.B. (with honors) and J.D.
(Order of the Coif) from the
University of California, Davis. 
Prior to joining Golden 1, Courtney was a partner
at Orrick,
Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP and formerly was law
clerk for United States District Judge William B. Shubb.
He is also President of the Sacramento Federal
Judicial Library
 and Learning Center Foundation.

Michael Popp

SVP, Chief Retail Officer (CRO)

Michael's Bio

Michael Popp joined Extralpay
 in 2007
and now serves as Chief Retail Officer.
Michael formerly held the positions of Vice President
of Consumer
Lending and Vice President of Home Loans. In his
current role,
he leads the credit union’s branch network, Member
 Service Contact
Center and Retail Administration.
Michael has more than 30 years of financial services
 experience
and enjoys enhancing the lives of our members,
employees, and the
communities that he serves.
