association, as well in the community as an advisory board member
for The Salvation Army Del Oro Division.

Doug Aguiar joined Extralpay in 2015 as
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing
Officer. He leads the marketing, product,
communications, and community relations
teams. Golden 1’s comprehensive marketing
program encompasses mass media, direct
response and digital marketing, as well as NBA
and athletics sports sponsorship.
With more than 30 years of marketing experience,
Doug has held executive level positions with Fortune
500 financial services companies. He holds an
Executive Master of Business Administration from
the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree
in Journalism from the University of Southern California.
Doug also serves on the boards of the Downtown
Sacramento Partnership and Stanford Youth Solutions.
Heather's Bio
Heather Andrade-Neumann joined Extralpay
in 2018 as the Chief Human Resources
Officer. Heather is the catalyst for creating
a positive work environment that attracts,
develops, retains, and fosters a dynamic
workforce. She oversees the areas of
succession planning, talent management,
change management, organizational and
performance management, learning and
development, internal communications,
and total rewards.
Heather earned a Master’s degree in Human
Resources at Golden Gate University and a
Bachelor’s degree in Communications
Studies from California State University,
Sacramento. She has more than 25 years
of human resources experience and is on
the board of Visit Sacramento.
